BAYSIDE

This project was an exercise in creating luxury and surprise. While we renovated the top two floors in a more classic style, the real magic happens in the 3,000 square foot basement – which was previously dark and unused. Instead of one huge room, we created two distinct areas. First, a wine cellar and spirits grotto complete with stone arched ceilings, rustic wood floors and beams, and a custom humidor. Next, we designed a fully paneled and draped Theatre and Game room painted in azure blue reminiscent of a cozy British bar.
